Cancellation Policy & Procedure.

Betty’s Pamper Hampers for all Occasions requires customers if they wish to cancel their order before receipt of their purchase that it must be done within a time period of 48 hours.

 

It will be noted on all orders taken from customers that should they wish to cancel their purchase after 48hours they will be charged 50 % of their order.

 

Customers who should cancel their order after 48 hours of purchase will NOT reserve the right to a refund, cancellations after this time will be explained that it is too late.

 

Customers will be required to receive the item that they ordered and should they still wish to not want their hamper customers will be fully informed as per Betty’s Pamper Hampers Return & Refund Policy that they will then be in their legal rights to return their purchase back within 14 days, terms and conditions apply.

 

Betty’s Pamper Hamper for all Occasions will ensure that cancellations will be explained to the customer upon purchase

 

A process that will: -

  1. Explain the cancellation time frame

  2. Explain the consequences of late cancellation

  3. Communicate each rule of the guidelines with customers to avoid any misunderstandings and confusion.

  4. A written cancellation policy to be signed on website when purchasing.

  5. All cancellations will need to be done via over the telephone or email.

  6. Offer the opportunity to allow customers to ask questions regarding their order.
